  1. MsgCat Version 2.8 For Wildcat 3.02 and 3.50
  2. If you have used the scanfile.bat feature in Wildcat, you know what
  3. a powerful feature it is. I thought it would be nice though if when
  4. a file failed the scan that the sysop would be notified via a message
  5. that the file did fail, what the file's name is, and who the uploader
  6. was. Plus a message to the uploader that the uploaded file failed.
  7. I also thought it would be nice if the file passed the scan that
  8. the uploader get a personal thank you message. That is what MsgCat
  9. does....and now much more too!
